CJEU gives judgment on Airfreight cartel appeals

The Court of Justice of the EU has today almost entirely dismissed appeals brought by 12 airlines against judgments of the General Court which, in turn, had very largely dismissed appeals by the airlines against the European Commission’s re-adopted Airfreight cartel decision. Christopher Brown appeared for the Commission in the Singapore Airlines appeal (Case C‑379/22 P), which has been dismissed in its entirety. The judgment can be found here.
