Christian Tams joined Appointment Committee of the German Court of Arbitration for Sport

Christian Tams has joined the Appointment Committee of the German Court of Arbitration for Sport. The court is the central institution for sports arbitration in Germany. It operates under the Rules of Sports Arbitration that were revised in 2016 and is hosted by the German Arbitration Institute (DIS). The three-member Appointment Committee is tasked to make arbitrator appointments in sports arbitration cases, and to decide on party complaints against nominations.
