Claire Darwin KC has been instructed to represent Martine Croxall, Karin Giannone, Kasia Madera, and Annita McVeigh in their appeal before the Employment Appeal Tribunal. She is instructed by Neil Todd of Thompsons.
The appeal concerns the proper construction of the presenters’ COT3 and settlement agreements, and whether those agreements settled equal pay claims that had not yet arisen. Claire did not represent the presenters at the hearing before the Employment Tribunal.
