Appeal upholds finding that Mark Duggan was lawfully killed

The Court of Appeal has upheld the finding that Mark Duggan was lawfully killed by a Metropolitan Police Officer in August 2011 despite the jury finding that he was unarmed. Clare Montgomery QC and Hugh Southey QC were involved in this case.
