Clare Montgomery KC and James Stansfeld represented Mr Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor in his successful challenge to the legality of search warrants obtained and executed by Thames Valley Police in February 2026. The unlawful warrants were quashed by consent following the issuance of judicial review proceedings, as recorded in the Court’s order and accompanying reasons.
