Thomas is qualified to carry out direct access work and will do so in appropriate cases. Fees will be negotiated on a case by case basis. As a guide, for a one day Employment Tribunal hearing, we would usually achieve a fee in the region of £7,500 – £10,000 plus VAT for Thomas.
