The appellant, a barrister, appealed against a decision dismissing her claim for damages against the respondent board on the ground that the court had failed to grant an extension of time under the Human Rights Act 1998, s 7(5)(b) and therefore breached her right to a fair trial ECHR, art 14, read in conjunction with art 6.
