Re: ZXC v Bloomberg [2017] EWHC 328 (QB)

The defendant had published two articles connecting the claimant to an investigation into allegations of fraud, bribery and corruption in relation to a company. The claimant contended that the second article was a misuse of private information and an interim injunction should be granted to remove the article, and he had a right to removal under the Data Protection Act 1998, s 10. The application was refused.
