Recorders had acted unfairly in fraud finding against solicitor

The court held that the Recorder in the County Court had behaved unfairly in concluding that a firm of solicitors and two hire car providers had behaved fraudulently and dishonestly and had been parties to an alleged fraud involving a car collision that was claimed to have been staged using a “stooge”.
