Prohibition on opposite-sex civil partnerships not discriminatory

Re: Steinfeld & Anor v Secretary of State for Education [2016] EWHC 128 (Admin)

Whether the Civil Partnership Act 2004 is compatible with ECHR, art 14, when read in conjunction with art 8, given the inability of opposite-sex couples to avail of this legal status.
