The appellant was sought by the Lithuanian authorities under two European Arrest Warrants and at the time, he had been accepted as a victim of trafficking. The appellant argued that under the Extradition Act 2003 it would be oppressive to extradite him, and it would violate his ECHR, art 8 rights. The appeal was dismissed.
