Whether the National Executive Committee of the Labour Party was correct in deciding that the current leader of the party was automatically entitled to take part in the forthcoming leadership ballot, without being required to obtain nominations from the party membership. Held: Clause II.B.2 entitled Mr Corbyn to be on the ballot paper without obtaining any level of nominations.
