Identity of those involved in campaign sought in libel and harassment case


Re: Hourani v Thomson & Ors [2017] EWHC 173 (QB)

The claimant sought the identity of the “clients” and details of the defendants’ dealings with them in relation to a campaign for which he sued the defendants in libel and harassment. The issues before the Court, inter alia, was whether the Source Protection Rights were engaged, and if so whether there was a justified interference.
