EAT allows appeal against unfair dismissal decision


Re: Eiger Securities LLP v Korshunova UKEAT/0149/16/DM

The respondent appealed the decision that the claimant’s dismissal was unfair under the Employment Rights Act 1996. The employment tribunal previously held that as she had made a protected disclosure and that she had been subject to detriment due to this, the dismissal was unfair.
