Appeal to question whether permission should be granted to the appellant to bring judicial review proceedings and in relation to certain case management matters. The appellant was a category A prisoner convicted of conspiracy to murder in respect of his involvement in a conspiracy to bring down airliners using explosive devices. It was submitted that the case gave rise to important procedural issues.
