Court considers public law claim against the Secretary of State for Defence

Re: R (K) & Ors v the Secretary of State for Defence & Anor [2016] EWCA Civ 1149

Three claimants, who were covert human intelligence sources, suggested that the defendants should relocate them and pay the costs with compensation for the disruption to their lives and risks to their safety. They also claim that the defendants are in breach of the ECHR, art 2, 3 & 8.
