Court of Appeal held that injunction should be set aside where details of the claimant’s extramarital relations had been published overseas and on the internet.


Re: PJS v News Group Newspapers [2016] EWCA Civ 393

The respondent argued that the court should set aside an interim injunction prohibiting the publication of the claimant’s extramarital relations, given the recent coverage of the information overseas and on the internet. The court held that the injunction should be aside.
