Claims against 22 defendants refused as found to be without merit

Re: Richards v Investigatory Powers Tribunal & Ors [2017] EWHC 560 (QB)

The claimant said, inter alia, that due to the actions of the police, her ECHR, art 2 rights had been imperilled by environmental dangers. The defendants alleged that the claims were incoherent and that they either repeated claims previously made, or that they should have been advanced in that claim and thus were an abuse of process and should be struck out. The claims were struck out.
