Moses Sonko filed a claim for bonuses that the Club had failed to pay. The Arbitrator issued an award without reasons under the BAT Rules, art 16.2, and ordered the Club to pay a contribution towards the player’s legal fees and expenses. The costs of the arbitration was to be borne 75% by the club, and 25% by the player.
