Expedited appeal by the Secretary of State for the Home Department against an order of the Upper Tribunal that required her to admit the first four respondents, three unaccompanied minors and a disabled adult, to the United Kingdom. They had been in a camp in Calais. Appeal allowed. The Upper Tribunal had erred in its approach to the Dublin III Regulations, where ECHR, art 8 rights are at issue.
