Tamiz v United Kingdom (App No. 3877/14)

The applicant submitted that the state was in breach of its positive obligation under the EHCR, art 8 to protect his right to reputation since defamatory allegations had been published for over three months but the domestic courts had not granted him remedy for the damage. The complaint was rejected.
