Hugh Southey QC appears in the Privy Council

The Privy Council will hear argument today that the Police Service Commission breached fundamental rights by promoting a senior police officer while serious allegations had not been investigated. Hugh Southey QC (instructed by Simons Muirhead and Burton) leads Philip Dayle. Hugh is representing Jamaicans for Justice.
