Permission granted in Ann Maguire case

On 18 May 2017 Lang J granted permission to challenge the assistant coroner’s decision not to call evidence from former pupils in the case concerned with the murder of Leeds teacher Ann Maguire in April 2014. Nick Armstrong was instructed by Irwin Mitchell and represented Ann Maguire’s husband and children.
