Seventh Baha Mousa Memorial Lecture

Danny Friedman QC gave this lecture last night focusing on the role of history, humanity and dignity as ideas that can influence the continuing evolution of the common law. Dan Squires QC acted as Chair.  The annual lecture honours Baha Mousa, who died as a result of UK army torture in Basra in 2003.
