Thomas Linden QC successful in Uber London Employment Tribunal Ruling

The London Employment Tribunal has ruled today that Uber drivers are workers, not self-employed and as a result are entitled to essential worker’s rights including holiday pay, paid rest and the National Minimum Wage. This landmark ruling will affect tens of thousands of drivers in England and Wales. Thomas Linden QC represented the claimants.
