Kieron was appointed to the Attorney General's ‘C’ panel in 1999, to the ‘B’ panel in 2002 and to the 'A' panel in 2007. He is listed in Chambers & Partners, 2003-2004, 2005-2006 and 2006-2007, and in Chambers & Partners Global in 2004 - 2005 as leading practitioner in European and Competition law.

Previously at Hailsham Chambers, 4 Paper Buildings, Kieron joined Matrix in April 2004.
Kieron is the co-author of the chapter on European Community law in Human Rights and Civil Practice (Sweet & Maxwell 2001); and he was a contributing editor for Luis Ortiz Blanco's, EC Competition Procedure (Oxford University Press, 1996). He is the author of a chapter on the EEA competition rules in the 2nd edition of this work, 2006.
