Jessica’s public law practice is particularly concerned with questions of EU (including competition law, agriculture, customs, free movement and environment) and ECHR law (all aspects). She has strong commercial law experience within a public law context. She is currently instructed in GE’s appeal against the prohibition of its merger with Honeywell.
