	Heather is ranked in Defamation/Privacy in the 2008 editions of both Chambers and Partners and the Legal 500. The Chambers and Partners commentary (2008) includes that the “terrific” Heather has “’a brilliant intellectual ability’ and is noted for having been ‘an out-of-this-world junior who has now turned into an exceptional silk.’” It reports that interviewees dub her “an out-and-out success story.” The Legal 500 (2008) commentary describes Heather as “‘brilliant’, ‘stunningly good’ and ‘very clever’”, reporting a solicitor’s additional comment as “‘Heather was better than all the silks she was up against even before she took silk.
