Cliff HollandCliff joined Matrix in July 2010. He has been working in barristers’ chambers since 1987, having spent the last 21 years at Devereux Chambers. Cliff is responsible for managing and promoting the practices of the barristers in Team M which deals with Employment, Media and Information, and Commercial Law. His spare time is spent managing the diary of his 6 year old daughter and being taken for walks by his faithful Labrador.

Phillip SalisburyPhilip Joined Matrix in September 2009. He commenced his Clerking career in 1999 at Brick Court Chambers before joining 4 Paper Buildings (now Hailsham Chambers) in 2002. Philip recently achieved a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) through the Open University. When he manages to find some free time in between studying he likes to play squash, scuba dive or snowboard.

Matt NewisMatt joined Matrix in September 2006 having completed his A-levels. He came to Matrix on work experience in 2004 and was keen to come back. Matt became Senior Practice Assistant in May 2011 having worked previously as a Practice Assistant, since April 2008, and an Outdoor and Office Assistant.

Amy CrittendenAmy joined Matrix in October 2006. She recently completed her BTEC in chambers administration, passing with distinction. She lives at home with her family in Kent. She is a keen reader and loves a bit of Magic FM.
