What's New
--> Avoiding Competition Law Problems in Commercial Agreements

Members of Matrix have an extensive practice in many of the core and emerging areas of commercial law. Members have particular strengths in commercial arbitration, commercial regulation, competition and public procurement law, contracts in a variety of commercial contexts, free movement of goods and services, commercial fraud, arbitration, international trade law (WTO, NAFTA), insider dealing, and the recognition and enforcement of judgements under the 1968 Brussels Convention. Members of Matrix are working in an innovative way, by providing teams of barristers with expertise in related areas of law, including international law and international arbitration, environmental law, media and commercial information law, and employment law.

We recognise that disparate new developments, from globalization, increased direct foreign investment, the WTO, and the Human Rights Act, will have profound implications for the private and corporate sectors, and seek to ensure that corporate and other clients are in a position to meet these challenges.
